+play

At Verizon, I’ve had the pleasure to work on several projects across Verizon’s portfolio. From the app to Fios, to Verizon Business, I’ve had a hand in shaping various experiences across the brand. One of my recent projects was +play, a service offered to Verizon customers that allows them to subscribe and manage their favorite subscription services - all in one place.

I helped launch the service as the lead Content Strategist. Some of my responsibilities included creating content guidelines for our internal design team and external partners to follow, developing a taxonomy and hierarchy of information, content optimization, analyzing data and more.

My experience working across the business benefited me and helped inform my work with +play, as I had to work with various teams across the organization since the service had various touchpoints across the business.
